Using your ticket

A valid ID document is required on date of travel (person of age and participant in the tour).
The use of E-Bikes is appropriate for virtually anyone between 14 and 70 of age.
It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes. Please do not carry large bags while on tour. Each e-bike is equipped with a front pouch and a back rack, that customers can use to carry small personal items.
Each participant must be able to ride independently a bike.
Minors (14-17) must be accompanied by an adult for the entire tour.
All of our tours operate rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos available
Our e-bikes are not compatible to carry child seats or tag-alongs

We recommend wearing weather-appropriate clothing. For spring and summer: hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen. For winter: warm layers, gloves, scarves, and hats. In case of rain: waterproof gear is highly recommended
Due to the risk to both child and mother, pregnant women are not allowed to participate in our E-Bike tours.
Our e-bikes are not compatible to carry child seats or tag-alongs
