- A valid ID document is required on date of travel (person of age and participant in the tour).
- The use of E-Bikes is appropriate for virtually anyone between 14 and 70 of age.
- It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes. Please do not carry large bags while on tour. Each e-bike is equipped with a front pouch and a back rack, that customers can use to carry small personal items.
- Each participant must be able to ride independently a bike.
- Minors (14-17) must be accompanied by an adult for the entire tour.
- All of our tours operate rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos available
- Our e-bikes are not compatible to carry child seats or tag-alongs
