A simple exchange, with no money in between
Agencies help us with their offers, and we help them reach travellers who are comparing. A complete catalog brings more travellers; more travellers bring agencies more bookings. Nobody pays anybody.

We recognise the hotel in your offer and place it on the hotel's shared page, next to other agencies' offers. A good price is seen where the comparison happens.
The customer stays yours
The booking, the payment, the contract and the customer's data are with you. We do not see what happens once the visitor reaches your website.
Good offers stand out
We compare each offer's price with the hotel's usual price over the last 90 days. An offer below it is labelled a good deal and can reach the home page.
Travellers come back
Anyone watching a hotel gets an email when its price drops. If the lower price is yours, the traveller comes back to your offer.
Pages found from Google
Every destination, departure and holiday type has a page built from live offers. Your offers appear there too, with no promotion spend.

Every listed agency gets its own portal, with the same figures we use ourselves.
- Visitors sent day by day and unique visitors, for the period you choose.
- The destinations that bring you the most clicks, and your share of them.
- Your prices against other agencies, for the same hotel and the same stay.
- Each offer as it appears on the site, with its number of clicks.
- Feed status: the last import, the offers that came in and the rows rejected, with the reason.

How you send us your offers
You do not type offers in by hand. You give us the address of an export you already have, or one your booking system produces. The integration needs no development on your side.

Common questions
Is listing really free?
Yes. You do not pay for listing, impressions, the visitors we send or the portal. We take no commission on bookings and do not invoice agencies.
Can that change later?
No. Listing on Vacantier stays free for agencies. There is no paid plan and we will not introduce one.
Why is it free?
Because your offers are what travellers come to Vacantier for. The more complete the catalog, the more useful the comparison and the more often travellers return. You help us with your offers; we help you with visitors.
Can I pay to have my offers shown higher?
No. The order cannot be bought. By default offers are ordered by a score worked out from price, and travellers can sort by price at any time.
Who takes payment for the holiday?
You do. Vacantier does not sell packages, take payments or issue travel documents.
Can I stop listing?
Yes, at any time. If your feed stops, your offers leave the site within a few hours, with no obligation on your side.
What kind of agencies can apply?
Agencies and tour operators with a valid Romanian travel licence and a website where a holiday can be booked or a quote requested.
