Sicilian street food consists of fried or baked snacks. This is not a gourmet tour. Street food is about traditional simple recipes. Street food is strictly eaten by hands (napkins are provided). Some included street food specialty might contain entrails.
We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and a sunhat and carrying a small bottle of water (especially in summertime).
