- Sicilian street food consists of fried or baked snacks. This is not a gourmet tour. Street food is about traditional simple recipes. Street food is strictly eaten by hands (napkins are provided). Some included street food specialty might contain entrails.
- We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and a sunhat and carrying a small bottle of water (especially in summertime).
