Pickups are made from various hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel.

If your accommodation is not a hotel, you will need to provide your full address including street name, street number, house number, state, postcode and city. This will enable us to provide you with the nearest pick-up point. We can pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes.

Please let us know if you do not require transport and wish to travel to the park by your means. Please note that transport services that are not used will not be refunded.

We cannot guarantee to collect you from a hotel where you are not a guest. Some hotels have a policy of not allowing visitors onto the premises.

You must present your printed or digital voucher with the QR codes, and your official ID to the guide for boarding the bus and to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park..

If by the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours before the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.

Transportation is not private, so you will be sharing the bus with other visitors to Grupo Xcaret.
