After the sun goes down you can experience the unique nightime adventure in the All-Inclusive park — Xplor Fuego —. When the stars come out, the jungle comes alive with the nighttime adventures that highlight the Riviera Maya natural beauty.

You’ll get your adrenaline shot while you are rafting, swimming in a red-lit underground river, driving an ATV, falling in the highest and longest zip-lines in Riviera Maya and also you can swim through underground caves. It’s an all-encompassing outdoor adventure that is the perfect way to enjoy in Cancun, Playa del Carmen or The Riviera Maya.

  • If your accommodation is not a hotel, you will need to provide your full address including street name, street number, house number, state, postcode and city. This will enable us to provide you with the nearest pick-up point. We can pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes.
  • Please let us know if you do not require transport and wish to travel to the park by your means. Please note that transport services that are not used will not be refunded.
  • We cannot guarantee to collect you from a hotel where you are not a guest. Some hotels have a policy of not allowing visitors onto the premises.
  • You must present your printed or digital voucher with the QR codes, and your official ID to the guide for boarding the bus and to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park..
  • You must arrive 15 minutes early at your assigned location.
  • The guides will wear red T-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. - The guides will call out the name of the tour.
  • If by the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours before the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.
  • Transportation is not private, so you will be sharing the bus with other visitors to Grupo Xcaret.

  • Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.

  • Children from 0 to 4 years are free. From 5 to 11 years pay the child price. 12 years and over, pay the adult rate.

  • All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.
