The Palatine Gallery and Royal and Imperial Apartments occupy the entire first floor of Pitti Palace, which was the residence of the Medici dynasty. Admire the Medici’s family private collections of paintings.

-Please note that we will send via e-mail the confirmation voucher to be converted to the entrance ticket.

-At the Pitti Palace ticket Office show the voucher you received via e-mail and these will give you access to the entrance tickets.

-Do not forget to check your inbox as the voucher can be sent by e-mail only.

-Please be aware that entrance time can be subject to Museum availability - for this reason this will be reconfirmed once booking is done. If the selected time is fully booked, you will be contacted and another entrance time will be offered. Otherwise you will get full refund

-Please be aware that €3,00 per pax have been added to the Entrance ticket price as management, booking and assistance rights.
