The validity is calculated from the chosen activation time. For example, a 24-hour pass activated at 10:30 will be valid until 10:30 the following day; a 48-hour pass until 10:30 two days later. After the purchase, the Traveler must inform us of the desired date and time for activation, choosing from the available times every 30 minutes from 09:00 to 18:00.

After Reservation, please let us know the date and time you would like to activate your pass. Activation can be chosen every 30 minutes from 09:00 to 18:00. The pass must be collected from our office before use. At the time of collection you will receive the pass, the map, the information material, access to the digital audio guide and all the necessary directions. The Viator voucher does not replace the pass and cannot be used directly to access museums or transport.
