Using your ticket

We kindly ask all guests to be in our office at least 10 minutes prior to tour departure to complete check-in formalities.
All of our tours operate rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos available. Please dress appropriately for the weather: we suggest hats and sunscreen for sunny days, and warm layers, gloves, and scarves for the winter. Don't forget waterproof clothing if rain is expected!
Lead traveller of the group must bring one government-issued photo ID
All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire tour.
Kid bikes & child seats are available but limited - make sure to confirm the height&weight of your kids to reserve the right size of bikes/child seats.
Make sure to communicate any allergy or dietary restrictions. Most can be accommodated if requested in advance but cross-contamination is unavoidable.
