Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be outside the Hotel Aloft Tulum.

The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 06:30 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

To issue your **official boarding pass** and complete the required verification process, the **lead traveler (the person who made the booking and whose name appears on the reservation)** must provide a **clear photo of a valid government-issued photo ID or driver's license** immediately after the reservation is confirmed.

This requirement is **mandatory for all reservations without exception**. The verification process helps protect cardholders from unauthorized transactions and prevents fraudulent purchases.

**Please note:** the **green Viator ticket/voucher is only your proof of purchase. It is **not** your official boarding pass and cannot be used for park admission. Your official boarding pass will be issued only after the required ID has been received and successfully verified.

On the day of your visit, the lead traveler must present the **same original ID** at the Xcaret Box Office, where the reservation will be validated before admission.
