Using your ticket

You can activate your ticket in one of two ways:

1. Download the Big Bus app and use your Tour operator confirmation number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel. You can then board the bus at any Big Bus stop on the route.

2. Present your printed or mobile voucher to a Big Bus team member or driver at any stop on the route during operating hours. The recommended starting point is Big Bus Stop 1: 13 Upper O'Connell Street (outside the Discover Ireland Centre).

The Big Bus Stop for the Guinness Storehouse is Stop #15, St. James' Gate (located directly outside Guinness Storehouse).

Download your Guinness Storehouse ticket/QR at https://www.bigbustours.com/manage-my-booking or on the Big Bus App before you go and you can head straight to the Guinness Storehouse, or collect it from a Big Bus Team member when activating your bus ticket.
