Itinerary

Your adventure begins with an 8:30 a.m. departure from Rapid City as we head to the breathtaking landscapes of Custer State Park. Upon arrival, you'll climb aboard an open-air jeep for an unforgettable wildlife safari, where you'll have the chance to get remarkably close to the park's iconic free-roaming bison, as well as pronghorn, elk, deer, burros, and other native wildlife in their natural habitat. Lunch will be enjoyed picnic style from a local eatery. After your safari, spend the afternoon exploring some of Custer State Park's most spectacular and lesser-traveled hiking trails. Wander through towering granite spires, peaceful forests, sparkling mountain streams, and scenic overlooks that showcase the rugged beauty of the Black Hills. Whether you're an experienced hiker or simply looking to soak in the scenery, this experience offers the perfect blend of adventure, wildlife, and unforgettable natural beauty.
