We go to the names that matter. Chocolate & Co., The Chocolate Project and Rogers' Chocolates are the three chocolate shops Victorians actually send visitors to, and Crust Bakery and The Dutch Bakery are the two bakeries locals queue at themselves. Most tours pick one or two of these. We do all five.

Then there are the things you won't see coming: a savory chocolate sample that will change how you think about the ingredient, a thick and decadent drinking chocolate, and our own famous Nanaimo bar sampled inside one of the oldest brick buildings in Victoria.

Every stop is an independently owned local business, and we've been walking these blocks longer than any other food tour company in Victoria. That's why the makers know us by name, and why you'll hear the stories that never made it onto the heritage plaques.

  • We meet at our first stop, The Chocolate Project. Please go inside and check-in with the staff. An Off The Eaten Track guide will be there 15 minutes before the tour is to start.
