Day 1 · Reception at Angel Albino Corzo Airport and Visit the Sumidero Canyon

   Enjoy the amazing Sumidero Canyon!. Our tour begins with a boat trip through the majestic Sumidero Canyon, the trip will last about 2 hours, admiring the beautiful waterfalls, astonishing caves and walls; also, we’ll also see the crocodiles, monkeys and birds.

   Its important confirm your time of arrival at the Airport in Tuxtla Gutiérrez.

   Chiapa de Corzo

   Discover the Traditions of this Magical Town!. After our boatrip is done we’ll move to the colonial city and magical town of Chiapa de Corzo to tour around the city visiting the Mudejar Fountain and the artisanry of the region. Finishing the tour, we’ll have time to eat and then we’ll go back to our hotels.

Enjoy a special and local dinner in Tuxtla Gutiérrez in a traditional restaurant with a folkloric Ballet.

Day 2 · Indigenous Villages: Chamula and Zinacatan. Free time at San Cristobal

   Culture and traditions in millenary environment. The Mayan Cultures at San Juan Chamula and Zinacantan will impress you by their churches, religion, myths and customs full of color. We’ll have a guided visit at one of their churches and the local market of San Juan Chamula, getting to know the customs and religion, visiting the interior of the San Juan Bautista Church, full of rituals and millenary customs, admiring the setups in the altars and the dressing of their saint according to the indigenous customs. We’ll have a walk around the town and you’ll have time to buy artisanry and souvenirs from the region

   Iglesia de San Lorenzo

   After we are finished we’ll go the community of Zinacantan, famous for their hip loom, visiting the looms where we’ll enjoy a delicious mini lunch consisting of beans, organic coffee, handmade tortillas and a typical drink from the region, everything in company of a local family. We’ll also be able to observe the syncretism between the Catholic religion and the mayan customs inside the Church of San Lorenzo.

Day 3 · Palenque Ruins and Waterfalls: Agua Azul and Misolha.

   Enjoy the nature in Chiapas!; We’ll continue our journey with a visit to the Misol-Ha Waterfall with its amazing 35m drop! Misol-Ha Waterfall, a towering 115-foot-high (35-meter) waterfall that streams down a jagged cliff as if being poured from a spigot above. Soak up the soothing sounds of the rushing water and the coolness of the mist during your visit.

   Zona Arqueologica de Palenque

   Explore the Mayan World at Palenque.We’ll finish with the magnificent archeological zone of Palenque that was declared by the UNESCO World Heritage since 1987.
