If waiting time at the cruise terminal exceeds 60 minutes from the set pickup time an additional charge will apply. £10.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges.

The driver will leave the cruise terminal 90 minutes from the set pickup time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays in disembarking the cruise ship, Please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show.

This service includes 2 hours viewing time (waiting time) at Highclere Castle If going beyond the 2 hours the additional charge is applicable, paid to the driver in cash on the day, £50 per hour for the Sedan and for the Minivan and the 8 Seater Van will be £60 per hour.

If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day.

Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator before travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Suitcases size guide: big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and small suitcases (carry-on bag) - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs)

By UK law, all luggage and other large equipment (e.g., foldable wheelchairs and Walkers) must not be placed in the seats and must be stored in the boot of the vehicle. Drivers will not risk this as they will incur points on their license if they are stopped and checked.

If you're travelling with a collapsible wheelchair, please note this is counted as one piece of large luggage.

As the castle is an active private residence, it may occasionally be closed to visitors at short notice. If, for any reason, the castle is closed on your travel date, we can arrange an alternative stop at either Stonehenge or Windsor Castle. Please note that any changes must be requested and confirmed at least 24 hours before your travel date.
