Red - Classic Route

You can hop on and off from the Paris Red Route tour from 10 different stops. Buses run every 10-20 minutes. Tune in to the pre-recorded commentary, available in 9 languages via complimentary headphones. Red Route Tour strats from Stop 1 at 09.45am and the last tour from Stop 1 is 17.30pm. Download the Big Bus Tours app to track buses in real time, and board easily using your mobile ticket. Your River cruise tickets will be provided by a Big Bus agent when boarding on the bus they will then tell you where to board.

Using your ticket

You can activate your ticket in one of two ways:

1.Download the Big Bus app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app, tap "Add Booking" & enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking.

2.Present your printed or mobile ticket with a Big Bus team member at any stop on the route during operating hours.

River Cruise Information or The Notre Dame Exterior Tour (If Included in Your Ticket)

Important: You must book a date & time for the Notre Dame Tour. You Must book a date only before boarding your River Cruise. There are three ways to do this:

1. In the Big Bus app: Once you have added your booking, you will be able access your ticket to choose a date &/or time only under ‘Complete Actions’.

2. Online: Visit the Big Bus Paris website & go to the “Manage My Booking”. Enter your Tour Operator Confirmation Number & Last Name, choose a date &/or time.

3. In person: Present your voucher to a staff member at any Big Bus stop. Our staff will provide you with a entry ticket to selected tour. The staff will provide you with the next available tour.

Cruise Departure: At the base of the Eiffel Tower – Boarding Pier 3, near Big Bus Stop #8. Departure: Every 45 minutes from 10:30am to 9:00pm. On weekends: Every 30 minutes.

Arc de Triomphe (If Included in Your Ticket)

You do not need to prebook a date or timeslot, however you will need a ticket to enter. You can access this ticket in three ways.

1. In the Big Bus app: Once you have added your booking, you will be able access your Arc de Triomphe under ‘Complete Actions’.

2. Online: Visit the Big Bus Paris website & go to the “Manage My Booking”. Enter your Tour Operator Confirmation Number & Last Name & you will be able to access your ticket.

3. In person: Present your voucher to a staff member at any Big Bus stop. Our staff will provide your ticket.
