Our five-day family tour offers your family all this and so much more. Among the experiences we’ve arranged are a visit to a picturesque hillside town built during the Qing dynasty, a soak in a soothing natural hot spring, a hike through marble canyons filled with temples and shrines, and a boat ride on a crystal-blue lake surrounded by mountains and bamboo forests. Along the way, you’ll be introduced to excellent restaurants where you’ll have the option of dining like royalty on multi-course traditional Chinese meals (served family style, of course). Day 1 · Depart from Taipei to Taichung

Flying Cow Ranch

We'll depart from Taipei to Taichung, and stop at a special farm to meet with cows whose milk is used to make some of Taiwan's best ice cream and have a lesson in DIY ice cream making!
FengJia Night Market

We'll lead you to one of the famous night market in Taichung. You can spend the evening eating, shopping there and experience the local people's daily life.

Day 2 · Depart from Taichung to Sun Moon Lake and Cingjing Farm

Sun Moon Lake

After breakfast, we'll leave Taichung and head to magical Sun Moon Lake, You can choose either take a boat ride from Ita-Thao Wharf to Xuanguang Temple and experience Taiwanese tea culture and make your own tea, or Take the Sun Moon Lake Ropeway for great views of the lake and visit Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village.

Day 3 · Qingjing Farm to Yuanli, Miaoli

On day three we'll spend more time in the mountains, visiting a sheep farm and picking and eating mouth-watering seasonal fruits (Taiwan's fruits are amazing). We'll take a mountain hike through bamboo groves and lush high-altitude forests before heading back along country roads to Taipei City.

Descend to Taichung to visit Rainbow Village, a colorful art-covered village with whimsical murals perfect for photos.

Day 4 · Miaoli to Jiaoxi, Yilan

Experience the unique Shengxing Old Mountain Line Rail Bike, pedaling along historic railway tracks through tunnels and scenic bridges.

After this nostalgic adventure, travel northeast to Yilan's Jiaoxi hot spring town. Check into the luxurious Sheraton Jiaoxi Resort and enjoy therapeutic hot spring bathing.
