• Eligible for non-Taiwanese passport holders only; not available for children under 12 years old.

• If trains are suspended due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters) or operational decisions by the Alishan Forest Railway, refunds will be handled as follows: Eligible for refund: ．Trains officially canceled by the railway operator ．Tickets scheduled during the issuance of a Sea Typhoon Warning for Taiwan’s main island Refund details: ．The ticket fare will be fully refunded. ．The booking service fee (NTD 300 per ticket) is non-refundable.

• Bookings can be made up to 60 days in advance. However, due to limited seating, we cannot guarantee availability on your preferred date. Availability is subject to the booking situation at the time of confirmation.

• The ticket includes admission to the Alishan National Forest Recreation Area. For re-entry, obtain a re-entry stamp at the exit and present it upon return.

• Once any included item or benefit has been redeemed or used, refunds or returns are not permitted.

• In accordance with Taiwan’s Natural Disaster Office and School Suspension Regulations, local authorities may announce temporary closures or reopenings. The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel activities without prior notice for safety reasons.
