At Terminal Embarcadero Cancún, head to the ticket office located at the PB to exchange your digital voucher to your entry ticket.

On the Catamarán you will receive a warm welcome from the sailors and the captain later a security briefing will be given as well as the recommendations and rules on board the catamaran, finally you will start the tour.

Location: Between Cancun and Isla Mujeres just in front of the area known as Puerto Juárez. Extension: 200 meters wide by 800 long.

It has several statues belonging to the Underwater Art Museum (MUSA).

You must bring your digital voucher and a digital copy of your official ID with photo.
You must redeem your voucher at the ticket office located at Cancún dock.
Children and teenagers must be in companion of an adult all the trip. Minimum age: 8 years old.
It is not possible to make changes the same day of your visit.
It is mandatory to wear a life jacket during the snorkeling tour.
Avoid touching reefs or feeding marine fauna.
Please follow all the crew's instructions, for your safety and that of your family and friends.
In case of bad weather, the authorities, through the Port Captaincy, will indicate if safe navigation is possible.
