Day 1 · Buenos Aires City Tour & Tigre Delta Half-day Tour

Buenos Aires

Start your morning with a pickup from your downtown hotel. Your city sightseeing tour begins in Retiro, and continue along Libertador Avenue toward Palermo, home to the city’s largest green spaces. Then head to Recoleta, one of the most elegant districts, known for its famous cemetery, where Eva Perón rests. Next, admire the impressive Teatro Colón, one of the world’s most renowned opera houses, located near the iconic Avenida 9 de Julio. You’ll then visit Plaza de Mayo, the political heart of the city, where you can take photos of the Casa Rosada. The tour continues to San Telmo, one of the oldest neighborhoods, known for its colonial architecture and traditional atmosphere. From there, you’ll head to La Boca to explore Caminito, a vibrant street filled with colorful houses and tango culture, near the famous Boca Juniors stadium. Finally, drive through Puerto Madero, the city’s most modern and stylish district. At the end of the tour, you’ll continue to the Tigre Delta excursion.
Tigre

Then, travel along the riverside to San Isidro, where you’ll see its cathedral and elegant historic mansions. Continue toward Tigre, passing through this well-known district on the way to the delta.

In Tigre, enjoy a 40-minute catamaran cruise through the delta’s waterways, where you’ll observe island life, stilt houses, and unique services such as floating supermarkets and water taxis. You’ll also see President Sarmiento’s house-museum.

At the end of the boat ride, return to Buenos Aires by bus, with the tour concluding in the city center.

Day 2 · Gaucho Day Trip to Santa Susana Ranch

Estancia Santa Susana

Depart Buenos Aires and enjoy a scenic drive across the Argentine pampas (plains) toward Estancia Santa Susana, located in Los Cardales. Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed at the ranch with empanadas and wine. Begin your experience with a visit to the ranch’s museum and chapel, followed by a relaxing horse-drawn carriage ride to explore the grounds. Back at the estancia, enjoy a traditional Argentine parrillada lunch featuring grilled meats such as sausages and chicken, served with salads and accompanied by red and white wine, soft drinks, water, and coffee. Finish with mate, Argentina’s traditional herbal infusion, and a sweet pastelito. During lunch, you’ll be entertained by a live tango and folk show, along with a boleadoras demonstration showcasing the skills of the gauchos. After the meal, watch exciting traditional activities such as ring races (la sortija), cattle herding, and other gaucho games. At the end of the experience, return to Buenos Aires by coach.
