Please arrive at the designated pickup point or hotel lobby at least 15–30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Present your booking confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid photo ID to the Orion Tours driver or guide upon arrival.

If your booking includes a QR code or e-ticket, ensure it is ready and clearly visible on your mobile device for quick verification. The guide will confirm your reservation before boarding.

As this is a full-day island tour of Upolu, punctuality is essential. Late arrivals may result in missing the tour without refund, as the group will proceed according to schedule.
