Using your ticket

Your separate Sky Hop Bus and teamLab Planets admission tickets will be sent before the experience. Present the appropriate QR code for bus boarding and teamLab entry. The Viator voucher alone is not valid for admission.

This package combines a SKY HOP BUS hop-on hop-off ticket with a separately timed teamLab Planets TOKYO admission ticket. It does not include a direct transfer or continuous escorted bus service to and from teamLab Planets.

Please note that SKY HOP BUS does not stop at, pick up from, or wait at teamLab Planets. The nearest SKY HOP BUS stop is B6 Tsukiji, Ginza on the Blue Course. Guests must arrange their own transportation between this bus stop and teamLab Planets. After completing the visit, guests must also travel independently to an operating SKY HOP BUS stop if they wish to continue using the sightseeing bus.

The time selected during booking is your teamLab Planets admission time, not a SKY HOP BUS departure time. Please check the official bus route and timetable in advance, allow sufficient travel time, and arrive at teamLab Planets at least 15 minutes before your reserved entry time.
