The admission time printed on the ticket is your entry window, not a limit on how long you may stay. Some water artworks are experienced barefoot and water can reach adult knee height.

Using your ticket

A separate direct-entry QR ticket will be delivered for each traveler. On the visit date, open the ticket URL on a smartphone or print the QR code in advance.

The QR code becomes visible after 00:00 on the admission date. Arrive at teamLab Planets TOKYO, Toyosu 6-1-16, Koto-ku, Tokyo, during the reserved half-hour entry window and scan the QR code at the entrance gate.

The venue is open 08:00–22:00; last entry is 21:00. The time on the ticket is the entry window, not the length of stay.
