Day 1 · Arrival in Sauraha – Cultural Immersion & Bird Watching

Morning: Begin your journey with a picturesque drive from either Kathmandu or Pokhara to Sauraha, a gateway to Chitwan National Park. The tourist bus ride takes approximately 5–6 hours through scenic countryside.

Afternoon: Upon arrival in the peaceful riverside town of Sauraha, settle into your jungle lodge surrounded by nature and tranquility.

3:20 PM – 5:30 PM: Dive into the rich heritage of the Tharu community with a guided village walk. Discover their distinctive homes, cultural traditions, and harmonious lifestyle. Afterwards, enjoy birdwatching along the Rapti River—keep an eye out for vibrant kingfishers, graceful egrets, and other tropical birds.

Day 2 · Canoe Ride & Full-Day Jeep Safari – Wildlife Expedition
