Pickup and drop-off by shuttle must be reserved in advance, or no later than 18:00 (6:00 PM) on the service date. After you book, please message us (WhatsApp/email) with your hotel name + zone so we can confirm your pickup point, pickup time and final instructions.

Using your ticket

We will share your e-voucher/ticket separately via WhatsApp or email after confirmation. Please keep it ready on your phone (or print if preferred).

On arrival at the venue, present your voucher at the ticketing counter to exchange it for a physical ticket/wristband (as applicable). Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled show time to complete redemption smoothly.
