Itinerary

Step into the heart of the Medina and immerse yourself in an unforgettable culinary journey. Your cooking class takes place in Basma Workshops, a traditional Tunisian house over 200 years old, where every corner tells a story of local heritage. Begin with a short stroll through the vibrant Medina, feeling the rhythm of daily life around you.mArrive at the workshop and enjoy a welcoming coffee as we get to know each other, discuss any food allergies or dietary preferences, and select a menu suited for everyone, including vegetarian and vegan options. Prepare to roll up your sleeves! Together, we will create a selection of authentic Tunisian dishes—from starters to main courses—while learning the secrets of Tunisian spices and traditional cooking techniques. After the hands-on experience, savor the fruits of your labor in a relaxed, communal meal. We also provide recipe cards so you can recreate these dishes at home. Children are welcome, making it a perfect family experience. This is a shared class, but private sessions are available on request. Join us for one of the most authentic and memorable experiences of your life, blending local culture, history, and the joy of cooking
