Pickup points

Hotel pick-up and drop-off by golf cart are included for accommodations located within the Aurelian Walls and are subject to accessibility and traffic regulations. If the hotel location is not directly reachable by golf cart, a nearby meeting point will be arranged.

Please provide your hotel name and address at the time of booking. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed the day before the tour.

Using your ticket

Customers must present their mobile voucher directly to the guide at the meeting time. Printed vouchers are not required.

Entrance tickets to the attractions are included in the tour price and will be delivered by the guide at each site to avoid loss or misplacement.

A valid ID (passport or identity card) is strongly recommended for all participants, as it may be required for ticket verification at certain attractions.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals are not guaranteed entry and may not be able to join the tour. Missed services due to late arrival are non-refundable.
