Wat Suan Dok

Wat Asian Dok is a magical temple in the heart of the city, this is where the white elephant started its journey to the peak of Doi Suthep with the relic from the Budda.

Doi Suthep

Doi Suthep is one of the most visited temples in Northern Thailand. This is where the white elephant stopped let out three cry’s then sadly passed away, this was thought to be a holy sign so they built the temple on this site.

You can choose to walk the 300+ steps to the top or take the cable car.

The views over the city are breathtaking during the day and world class when the city lights up early evening.
