Using your ticket

-Look out for guides wearing PINK vest and smiling (end of carpark on arrival)

-Our tours are weather dependent. If conditions aren't suitable, we'll be in touch to discuss your options.

-Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your start time.

-We're unable to accept late arrivals. A safety briefing is mandatory for all guests before the tour begins and we cannot delay the group out of respect for other guests.

-Tour times may vary during daylight saving periods. Our team will notify you in advance of any changes.

-Thongs, crocs and spare clothes. We'll store all footwear and valuables safely for the duration of your tour.

-Please be mindful of local residents by keeping noise to a minimum before and after your tour.

-Please take all rubbish with you when you leave. Let's keep this beautiful spot exactly as we found it.
