Redeem your ticket at the Sawasdee Cruise counter at ICONSIAM Pier 4. Please arrive by 18:00. Boarding begins at 18:45. Bangkok traffic can be heavy, so please allow extra travel time. Late arrivals may be treated as no-shows.
