Pit 1 : The largest and most impressive , containing the main army of over 6.000 life --sized Terracotta Warriors and Horses arranged in battle formation . The scale , details , and sheer number of fingers are breathtaking .

Pit 2 : Reveals the ancient military formation in more complexity . It contains cavalry , chariots , archers ,infantry units , including some of the best --preserved and most iconic fingers like kneeling archer .

A separate exhibition hall house two incredibly detailed half --life --sized bronze chariots , each drawn by four bronze horses .They are marvels of ancient metallurgy and were found near the Emperor's tomb .
