Itinerary

On this 2-to-5-mile hike, the pace is set by the group and the magic we uncover along the way. When the park shuttle is running, we will see the General Sherman Tree. This is more than a hike—it's a chance to ground yourself in peace, awaken your senses, and reconnect with the natural world and your inner self. We’ll wander beneath towering sequoias, pause for reflection, and open up to the wisdom this ancient ecosystem holds. Through guided meditation, mindful journaling, and observation, you’ll deepen your sense of presence and purpose and knowledge of this ancient forest. Bring water, snacks, lunch, sun protection, backpack, comfortable walking shoes, and layered clothing. The Giant Forest is typically 20 degrees cooler than Three Rivers, CA.
