The high dense ground water forest is famous for being home to the “Red Colobus Monkey” a very rare species only found in Zanzibar. However, the tropical rain forest with its lush vegetation is an attraction itself. Other animals to be include Black Sykes Monkeys, and sometime bush babies. Finally, the impressive flora and fauna, with a visit to the mangrove swamp and walk around the mangrove forest which is one of the highlight of Zanzibar.
