For example: At the cruise terminal the tour guide will be waiting at the exit gate with a sign with the name of the group leader. At a hotel we will pick up the client at front desk. At the airport we will have a sign with the name of the group leader. We will also always provide a photo of the tour guide and a photo of the transportation vehicle, with specific instructions.
