Itinerary

Day 1 · Reach to Lhasa

  1. Lhasa

    6 hours

After arriving in Lhasa, you can stay in the hotel booked by us. We suggest that you may avoid going out as much as possible after arriving in Lhasa, and take a good rest in order to adapt to the plateau reaction.

Tips: Lhasa is 3,650 meters above sea level, the oxygen content is only 70% of the mainland. For the first 2 days most guests will have different degrees of plateau reaction. The best way to prevent plateau reaction is to keep a normal attitude, drink enough water, eat some fruits and have good rest.
