We meet and start our tour at the largest souvenir shop in Conwy which is located at 19 Rose Hill St (opposite the Erskine pub)

Conwy Castle is a UNESCO World Heritage site and is arguably the most striking and iconic of Edward I's castles in Wales. Here we will walk in the footsteps of kings, queens, freedom fighters and townsfolk as we explore this mighty structure. Together we will interpret and unpack the features of this unique building and hear the stories from its' incredible past. We will climb the towers and experience the castle wall walk as we visit the mighty defences, royal suite of apartments, the Great Hall, the Chapel, the Prison Tower, the King's chamber and much more. There will plenty of opportunities to capture beautiful photos with a stunning backdrop.

Opposite The Erskine pub. Within a one minute walk from Conwy Railway Station and the Rose Hill St bus stop and coach drop-off layby. Just over a minute's walk from the Vicarage Gardens car park and 3-4 minutes from the Morfa Back car and coach park.

End point

At end of the tour you are free to explore the castle further, visit the shop and use the site facilities at your own leisure.
