Pick-up is from the P1 Bus Loading Zone at Maligne Lake, at the corner of Parking Lot 1 (P1) beside the pathway to the Maligne Lake Cruise check-in area. Please arrive 10 minutes early, as the shuttle cannot wait for late guests.

Please be ready at the P1 Bus Loading Zone in Parking Lot 1 (P1), beside the pathway to the Maligne Lake Cruise check-in area, at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. Shuttles operate on a fixed schedule and cannot be delayed for late arrivals.

This ticket is for one-way transportation from Maligne Lake to Jasper only. Transportation from Jasper to Maligne Lake requires a separate booking: Jasper to Maligne Lake Shuttle (Viator product code: 5400P19).

If you are taking a Maligne Lake Cruise before your shuttle, please ensure your shuttle departs at least 45 minutes after the cruise’s scheduled return time, as cruises may occasionally return up to 30 minutes late. Please allow enough time to return to the shuttle pickup location following any other activities.

If you miss your scheduled shuttle, you are responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation back to Jasper. Missed departures are non-refundable. There is no cellular service at Maligne Lake, so please plan accordingly.
