Buenos Aires City Bus

The Bus operates Monday to Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The bus begins running at 9:20 am from stop 0 (Av. Roque Saenz Peña 728) and stop 12 (Av. Santa Fe 808). Buses run approximately every 30 minutes. The last buses of the day depart at 5:30 pm. You can begin your journey at any of the bus stops. Stop 0 is Diagonal Norte (Av. Pres. Roque Sáenz Peña 728), and stops 10 and 12 are the Gray Line offices: stop 10 (Av. Córdoba 787) and stop 12 (Av. Santa Fe 808).

To access the service, you must first download the 'Buenos Aires City Bus' app to your mobile device, available on Google Play and the App Store. Once the app is downloaded, enter your reservation number to obtain the corresponding QR codes (one per passenger). These QR codes serve as access tickets and must be presented when boarding the bus. We recommend downloading the app in advance and connecting to a Wi-Fi network to pre-download the audio guide and map, allowing you to use these features during the trip even without an internet connection. From the app, you can check the real-time location of the buses, access information about all stops, and use the audio guide. Important: the mobile device and headphones are not included in the service. The audio guide plays directly from the app, so you must have your own mobile phone and bring your own headphones.

Navigation: For the Navigation tour, you must arrive 20 minutes before your chosen departure time. From La Boca to Puerto Madero: Av. Don Pedro de Mendoza 1900 (near bus stop 6). Departure Times: 10:30 AM / 1:00 PM / 3:00 PM / 5:30 PM // From Puerto Madero to La Boca: Cecilia Grierson 400 (near bus stop 9). Departure Times: 9:30 AM / 11:30 AM / 2:00 PM / 4:00 PM

River Museum: Av. Pres. Figueroa Alcorta 7509, near stop 19 (Monumental). The River Plate Museum is open from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Express visits to the stands are available at the following times: 11:15 a.m. / 1:15 p.m. / 3:15 p.m. / 5:30 p.m.

Boca Museum: Brandsen 805, near stop 5 (Bombonera). The Boca Museum is open from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

This is necessary because the QR code is automatically issued with each new reservation and if you modify your existing one, you will not receive the updated QR.

The walking tour is a free and optional activity that operates on a voluntary payment system for the guide. To reconfirm the schedule for each tour, please contact the guide on board the bus. To participate, you must arrive at the corresponding stop. It is subject to weather and operating conditions. No refund will be issued if the tour is not taken.
Important notice: Due to public works and associated road closures, bus stops 16 (Costanera Norte), 17 (Monumento Cristóbal Colón), and 18 (Parque de la Memoria) are suspended indefinitely. These stops will resume service once traffic returns to normal in the area.
