Itinerary

  1. Cape Town

    45 min

Cape Town is one of the most historically rich and culturally diverse cities in Africa. Founded in 1652 by the Dutch East India Company as a refreshment station for ships traveling between Europe and Asia, it quickly grew into a permanent settlement — becoming South Africa’s oldest city and earning the nickname "The Mother City."

  2. Castle of Good Hope

    one hour Admission included

The Castle of Good Hope, located in central Cape Town, is the oldest surviving colonial building in South Africa, completed in 1679 by the Dutch East India Company (VOC). It was built to replace a smaller wooden fort constructed in 1652 by Jan van Riebeeck, the Dutch commander who established a supply station at the Cape for passing ships traveling between Europe and the East Indies.

Constructed in a star fort design, the Castle was built using local materials and slave labor. Its strategic pentagonal shape was designed to defend against both land and sea attacks, though it never saw major military conflict.

  3. Company's Gardens

    30 min Admission included

The Company’s Garden is the oldest cultivated garden in South Africa, established in 1652 by Jan van Riebeeck and the Dutch East India Company (VOC). Its original purpose was purely practical: to grow fresh fruits and vegetables to supply passing ships traveling between Europe and Asia, helping prevent scurvy among sailors.

Located in the center of Cape Town, the garden was a vital part of the VOC’s refreshment station and quickly expanded into a large and productive area, complete with orchards, vineyards, and livestock pens. It laid the foundation for permanent European settlement in the region.

  4. St. George's Cathedral

    Passing by

St. George’s Cathedral, located in the heart of Cape Town, is the oldest Anglican cathedral in Southern Africa. Known as the “People’s Cathedral”, it played a central role in the struggle against apartheid and remains a powerful symbol of faith, resistance, and social justice.

  5. Bo-Kaap

    30 min

Bo-Kaap, perched on the slopes of Signal Hill above central Cape Town, is one of the city’s most iconic and culturally rich neighborhoods. Known for its brightly painted houses, cobblestone streets, and the call to prayer echoing from its mosques, Bo-Kaap is the historical heart of the Cape Malay community.

  6. World of Birds

    one hour Admission included

The World of Birds Wildlife Sanctuary & Monkey Park, located in Hout Bay, Cape Town, is the largest bird park in Africa and one of the few large bird sanctuaries in the world. Established in the early 1970s, it has become a beloved destination for wildlife lovers, families, and conservationists alike.

  7. Groot Constantia

    2 hours Admission included

Stop at: - Groot Constantia, { for lunch and wine tasting] nestled in the fertile Constantia Valley just outside Cape Town, is the oldest wine estate in South Africa, with a history dating back over 330 years. It is a living monument to the country’s colonial past and viticultural heritage, producing award-winning wines while preserving its rich legacy.

Today, Groot Constantia is a fully operational wine farm that offers:

    Wine tastings and cellar tours

A wine museum and cultural exhibitions

    Fine dining at on-site restaurants

Scenic walking paths through historic vineyards

It stands not only as a working vineyard but also as a symbol of South Africa’s complex agricultural, colonial, and cultural history.
