After driving for 1 hour and 15 minutes through stunning landscapes, we will make your first stop to stretch your legs, use the restroom, and buy some snacks.

We will pay a visit to a seal colony that can be seen throughout the whole year.

We will stop at the horse farm for lunch, where you’ll also have the chance to see some beautiful horses. Please note that lunch is not included in the tour, as guests can choose where to eat. If you decide to have lunch at the horse farm, there will be an additional cost of 4,000 ISK per person.

We stop in the old hamlet of Buðir to see one of the few black churches in the country, painted with pitch.
Djupalonssandur Beach

It is a beautiful pebbled beach, with a series of rocks of mysterious form emerging from the ocean. We'll see the rests of a shipwreck on the beach, as well as big stones which people tried to lift and test their strength in the days of the fishing stations.
