After having an exact weather forecast, we will inform you of the exact flight time the day before your flight
If for some reason you havent received the flight time by 4pm the day before the flight, please reach out to us!
If you have booked last minute outside our office hours, we will send you the flight confirmation the morning of your flight before 10am
The maximum weight per passenger to fly is 130kg (286lb). If you are more than 110kg (242lb) you need to book two seats (or pay a surcharge at the heliport)
Please be at the heliport 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time for check-in
The seat allocation in the helicopter will be done by the staff after checkin to balance the helicopter
