Transportation: Optional round-trip transportation is available from select San Juan and Fajardo-area locations. Your driver will contact you the day before your tour with your pickup location and time. Transportation requires a minimum of 6 passengers. If the minimum is not met, additional charges or cancellation may apply.
Weather: This experience is subject to favorable weather and marine conditions. If the tour is canceled due to unsafe conditions, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Age Requirement: Children under 6 years old are not permitted on this tour.
Alcohol: Guests must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages. We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who appear excessively intoxicated.
Before Your Tour: We recommend eating a good breakfast or meal before your snorkeling experience.
What to Bring: Swimwear, towel, necessary medications, credit card, gratuity, and reef-conscious sun protection such as sunscreen without oxybenzone or a long-sleeve/rash guard.
What Not to Bring: Avoid bringing valuables or anything that cannot get wet. Items brought aboard may be exposed to water, and lost items can be extremely difficult to recover. Waterproof cases, phones, cameras, and other electronic devices are brought and used at your own risk.
Minimum Participation: A minimum number of guests is required for this tour to operate. In the unlikely event the minimum is not met, we may contact you 1–2 days before departure to offer an alternative date or a full refund.
