Namaste! I'm Namita, a dentist by profession and a passionate home cook at heart. Welcome to my home in Bengaluru for a private, hands-on Indian cooking experience! Together, we'll explore the flavours of Indian cuisine, from North Indian classics to South Indian favourites and regional Karnataka specialities. Learn to use aromatic spices, discover traditional cooking techniques, and prepare dishes such as flavourful curries, fresh vegetable sambar, or mavinakai chitranna (tangy raw mango rice). The menu is tailored to your tastes and preferences, whether vegetarian or non-vegetarian. As we cook, I'll share the stories and traditions behind the dishes, along with practical tips you can recreate in your own kitchen. More than a cooking class, this is an opportunity to experience authentic Indian home cooking, connect over food, and discover the warmth of Karnataka hospitality. Come as a guest, cook alongside me, savour a home-cooked Indian meal, and leave with new skills, delicious memories, and a genuine taste of Indian home life. I look forward to welcoming you into my kitchen! Namaste, and see you at my table!
