Day 1 · Welcome to Cusco & City Tour

   Arrive at Cusco Airport where our friendly team will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. Take a brief rest to acclimatize to the altitude. In the afternoon, embark on a half-day tour of the ancient Incan capital. Explore the historic center, visit the sacred temple of Qorikancha, and drive up to the impressive fortress of Sacsayhuamán, enjoying panoramic views of the city below.

Day 2 · Sacred Valley Exploration

   After breakfast, travel into the lush Sacred Valley of Urubamba. Known for its beautiful scenery and rich indigenous culture, today you will visit the bustling Pisac market, famous for local textiles and crafts. After lunch, continue to the formidable Inca fortress of Ollantaytambo, climbing its terraces while learning about its strategic importance. You will also have time to interact with the traditional Andean communities that live in this valley.

Day 3 · The Wonder of Machu Picchu

   Today is a dream come true. Board the scenic train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes. From there, take the bus up the winding mountain road to the entrance of Machu Picchu, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Enjoy a fully guided 2-hour tour through the temples, houses, and terraces of this mystical site. Feel the ancient energy before taking the train back to Cusco in the evening.

Day 4 · Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca) Trek

   Fuel up early for an incredible natural adventure. Drive to the trailhead and begin a moderate hike through high Andean landscapes, dotted with llamas and glacial peaks. Reach the viewpoint of Rainbow Mountain, famous for its vibrant colors created by unique sedimentary mineral deposits—seven distinct shades including red, green, yellow, and blue. After celebrating this achievement, descend back to the trailhead for a well-deserved lunch and drive back to Cusco to rest.

Day 5 · Arrival at the Sacred Valley Sanctuary

   Sleep in and enjoy a relaxing breakfast. At midday, you will drive from Cusco to our private retreat center nestled in the Sacred Valley of Urubamba. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with traditional Andean tea (Mate de Coca) and an orientation session with your hosts and spiritual guides. Spend the rest of the day unwinding—rest in a hammock, explore the gardens, or meditate by the river. In the evening, enjoy a homemade organic dinner designed to prepare your body for the coming days.

Day 6 · Cleansing, Preparation & First Evening Ceremony

   Begin with an optional volcanic water cleansing ritual to purify the body. Following a nourishing group breakfast, the day is reserved for relaxation and private preparation with your spiritual guide to set your intentions. You will have time for meditation and rest on the hammocks. As night falls, you will participate in your first traditional Andean plant medicine ceremony, guided by experienced local shamans and accompanied by ancestral music.

Day 7 · Reflection & Second Evening Ceremony

   The day is dedicated to deepening your journey. After a gentle group breakfast, enjoy free time for journaling, walking the grounds, or simply resting. In the afternoon, you will have a private consultation with your spiritual guide to discuss your experience and prepare for the next step. Tonight, you will participate in the second guided traditional evening ceremony to further your spiritual connection.

Day 8 · Integration, Rest & Lares Thermal Baths

   Integration is a key component of the retreat experience. Today, we will take a scenic excursion to the Lares Thermal Baths. The warm, mineral-rich waters are the perfect place to rest and recuperate physically, mentally, and emotionally. Soak your muscles, breathe in the mountain air, and allow the natural environment to hold space for your reflection.

Day 9 · Final Intentions & Closing Ceremony

   Enjoy a slow morning with a family-style breakfast. The day is dedicated to meditation, relaxation, and your final private preparation session. Tonight, you will participate in a closing traditional ceremony. This is the culmination of your retreat, a night to solidify your insights, show gratitude to the mountains (Apus), and say goodbye to the spirits of the valley.

Day 10 · Departure from the Sacred Valley

   After a final grounding breakfast, we will ensure you have time to pack and say your goodbyes. We will depart the retreat center around noon, ensuring smooth transportation back to Cusco Airport for your onward flight home.
