Itinerary

  1. Harrison's Cave Eco-Adventure Park

    one hour Admission included

Discover the breathtaking beauty of Harrison’s Cave, one of Barbados’ most spectacular natural attractions. Located in the island’s heart, this extraordinary limestone cave system offers a unique underground adventure. Travel deep into the caverns aboard specially designed tram vehicles and explore a world of stunning stalactites, stalagmites, crystal-clear streams, pools, and cascading waterfalls formed over thousands of years. Beautifully illuminated chambers showcase the cave’s remarkable geological features, creating unforgettable views and photo opportunities. Perfect for nature lovers, adventure seekers, and visitors wanting to experience a true Barbados landmark, Harrison’s Cave offers a memorable journey into the island’s natural wonders. All visitors must complete a liability waiver before entering the cave.

  2. Bathsheba Beach

    15 min

Bathsheba, located on Barbados’ rugged east coast, is one of the island’s most scenic coastal villages, famous for its dramatic landscapes, powerful Atlantic waves, and distinctive coral rock formations. According to local tradition, the village was named after the biblical Bathsheba, whose legendary milk baths were said to resemble the white, foaming surf at the famous Soup Bowl. Today, Bathsheba is recognized internationally as one of Barbados’ top surfing destinations, attracting surfers from around the world with its strong Atlantic swells. The area is also popular with photographers, sightseers, and nature lovers who come to admire its breathtaking coastline and refreshing ocean breezes. Despite its popularity, Bathsheba has preserved the charm of a traditional Barbadian fishing village, with colorful seaside cottages and a peaceful atmosphere that showcases the island’s natural beauty and cultural heritage.

  3. Stop 3

    one hour Admission included

Enjoy a delicious local lunch during your tour at Sand Dunes, featuring a selection of traditional Barbadian favorites. Savor authentic island flavors with dishes such as fried fish, baked chicken, beef stew, peas and rice, macaroni pie, and fresh salads.

This relaxing dining experience offers the perfect opportunity to sample the tastes of Barbados while taking a break and enjoying the warm island hospitality. Please advise us of any food allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking so we can best accommodate your needs.

  4. Morgan Lewis Mill

    Passing by

The historic Morgan Lewis Sugar Mill, built in 1727, is a remarkable symbol of Barbados’ rich sugar-making heritage. Once one of many windmills that powered the island’s thriving sugar industry, it is now recognized as one of the last two functioning sugar windmills in the world.

The mill continued grinding sugarcane for commercial production until 1947, when it was entrusted to the care of the Barbados National Trust. Today, this beautifully preserved landmark offers a fascinating glimpse into Barbados’ past, showcasing the impressive engineering behind sugar production and its important role in shaping the island’s history and culture.

During this excursion, we make a scenic stop at Morgan Lewis Sugar Mill for photographs and to admire the historic structure, entry to the mill is not included.

  5. Cherry Tree Hill

    10 min

Rising approximately 850 feet above sea level, Cherry Tree Hill offers one of the most breathtaking panoramic views in Barbados. From this scenic vantage point, visitors can admire the rolling landscape of the Scotland District, a unique region that covers much of the parish of St. Andrew. The district is named after Scotland's patron saint because its rugged hills and valleys reminded early Scottish settlers of their homeland.

It is believed that the name Cherry Tree Hill originated from the abundance of cherry trees that once grew in this area. Today, the road is lined with majestic West Indian mahogany trees, introduced to Barbados following the Treaty of Paris in 1763. As the journey descends upon the hill, the towering mahogany gradually gives way to expansive fields of swaying sugar cane, creating one of the island's most picturesque and memorable landscapes.

  6. Stop 6

    45 min Admission included

Step back in time aboard the St. Nicholas Abbey Heritage Railway, a unique Barbados experience that combines history, nature, and scenic beauty. Enjoy a relaxing ride on a beautifully restored steam locomotive through the historic plantation grounds, surrounded by lush tropical landscapes, mahogany trees, sugar cane fields, and stunning countryside views. The railway celebrates Barbados’ rich railway heritage, which began in the 19th century and played an important role in transporting passengers, sugar, and goods across the island. The journey also includes a scenic stop at Cherry Tree Hill, offering breathtaking views across the Scotland District and Atlantic coastline. Ideal for families, history enthusiasts and visitors interested in discovering more about Barbados, this heritage railway experience combines spectacular scenery, fascinating history and a taste of the island’s celebrated rum-making heritage.

  7. St. Nicholas Abbey

    one hour Admission included

Located in Saint Peter, Barbados, St. Nicholas Abbey is a historic plantation house, museum, and working rum distillery offering a glimpse into the island’s colonial heritage. Built in 1658 by Colonel Benjamin Berringer, it is one of only three authentic Jacobean mansions in the Western Hemisphere.

The beautifully preserved great house reflects the elegance of early seventeenth-century English Jacobean architecture, a distinctive style that emerged during the reign of King James I. Visitors can explore its historic rooms, discover the estate’s rich sugar heritage, admire the surrounding landscape, and learn about the traditional craftsmanship behind Barbadian rum production.

Today, St. Nicholas Abbey continues its legacy as an important heritage site while embracing a new chapter as a working rum distillery, producing internationally recognized, award-winning Barbadian rum using traditional methods.
