The History of Samba in Florianópolis

About this activity

This is a digital tour without a face-to-face guide.

You do it alone, at your own pace, using our app, with geolocated maps and audio recorded by a local guide.

Florianópolis also has samba! On this cultural route, you will discover the rich history of samba on the island, from its origins to today. Walk through iconic places like 15th Square, the Rosary Church, and the Ratcliff Traverse, and see the samba reduts that helped build this musical identity in the Catarina capital.

We specialize in audio-guided tours — a new, practical and affordable way to get to know the city.

You will have in your palm all the content of a local tour guide: just access our app, activate your location and follow the map. At each point indicated, you listen to an audio recorded by the guide with curiosities and stories of the place.

Take the tour whenever you want, without groups, queues or schedules.

Explore, listen, and connect with the stories behind destinations.
