First visit the Chen Clan Temple /Ancestral Hall(Closed on every Tuesdays) one of the most magnificent Qing-Dynasty architectures features with elaborate wood, brick, stone, clay, ivory carvings, as well as some of the most previous and rare collections of Silk embroidery, ceramics, painting etc. A great window to learn about Lingnan culture, history and custom.

Museum of the Western Han Dynasty Mausoleum of the Nanyue King

Shamian Island

If time permits, continue the tour to Shamian Island, known as the former British and French concession ,the prosperous foreign trading center in history, with colonial style mansions & architecture well restored, one of the most fashionable areas along the Pear River .
