Day 1 · Dushanbe – Kalai Khumb (Southern Route)

Depart Dushanbe in the morning and drive south toward the Pamirs.

Local roadside market

Hulbuk Fortress (11th century)

Lunch in Kulob before continuing along the Panj River with views of Afghan villages across the border.

Day 2 · Kalai Khumb – Khorog

Drive to the Kyzylart border and cross into Kyrgyzstan.
