You must contact Cancun Travel Experience at least 24 hours before your product date to arrange transportation, if you book within 24 hours please contact immediately. Use the contact details on your confirmation/voucher. Upon pickup or arrival at the meeting point, please present your confirmation/voucher and photo ID in exchange for your product.

If you do not require hotel pickup or selected the meeting point option, meet the tour at any of the designated meeting points.
